EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY
All sales, preorders, discounted, and limited editions are final and cannot be refunded. We do not offer returns for refunds on these items. However, we do provide an exchange-only policy within 14 days of receiving your items.
To exchange an item for a different size, kindly place a new order for the desired size. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund for it, excluding any shipping fees.
All returned items must first be collected, checked, and approved by our team before a refund can be issued. This process takes between 2-3 days from when delivered to be collected.
Please ensure the returned item shows no signs of wear, such as scratches, stains, creases, or odors.
Please note that shipping fees for both the original purchase and the exchange are non-refundable, so you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us and for the new size you order.
RETURNS POLICY
Please note that due to hygiene reasons, onesies and shorts are considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned or exchanged. As these items are worn in direct contact with the body, returning them would compromise our ability to ensure product hygiene and safety for all customers.
All items from the Nostalgic Sleepwear and Carnival Collection are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This policy also applies to pre-order items and limited-edition pieces, such as the Favourite Girl Top.
Because of these policies, we strongly encourage customers to review the size chart carefully and contact us via email if you are unsure about sizing. We're happy to help you find the right fit before you complete your purchase.

OhSewPlush is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Orders:
You can track your package using the tracking number provided. For any issues after shipment, please contact the carrier in your country.
Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

PAYMENTS
Once payment has been received, we do not accept cancellations. We are happy to offer an exchange for a different size if the incorrect size was selected, subject to stock availability.
LOST PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping courier.
UNEXPECTED DELAYS
Occasionally, delivery times may exceed our standard shipping estimates due to factors beyond our control, such as international customs processing and holidays. If your package is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us. We’re here to assist you and resolve any issues.
PRE-ORDERS
Items that are on pre-order will take approximately 5-6 weeks. We aim to get your item out to you as soon as possible!
