EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY 

All sales, preorders, discounted, and limited editions are final and cannot be refunded. We do not offer returns for refunds on these items. However, we do provide an exchange-only policy within 14 days of receiving your items.

To exchange an item for a different size, kindly place a new order for the desired size. Once we receive your returned item, we will process a refund for it, excluding any shipping fees.

Please ensure the returned item shows no signs of wear, such as scratches, stains, creases, or odors.

Please note that shipping fees for both the original purchase and the exchange are non-refundable, so you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us and for the new size you order.

OUR RETURNS POLICY:

Due to the onesie's being considered intimates, we do not accept returns/exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges for limited editions such as the carnival collection items, please be sure of selection and size before purchasing.

Please note that all items from the *Nostalgic Sleepwear* and *Carnival Collection* are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. This also applies to pre-order items and limited-edition pieces, such as the *Favourite Girl Top*. Additionally, shorts are considered intimate apparel, so we will not be accepting returns on these items. If you're unsure about sizing, it’s important to contact us via email for further information beyond what’s provided in the size chart.

SHIPPING:

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation at the email address you provided.

Please ensure that your shipping and billing addresses are correct and match before placing your order to avoid any delays.

For any shipping issues after your package has been sent, please contact your courier for updates.

*If items are returned to us as non-deliverable, OhSewPlush is not responsible. Shipping rates are non-refundable.

For international orders, once shipped, you will need to check with the carrier using the tracking number provided. If any issues arise, please contact the carrier in your country. Please note, any customs fees or duties will be your responsibility to pay.

PAYMENTS

Please not that once payment has come through we do not accept cancellation, only exchange in size if you accidentally put the wrong size. 

LOST PACKAGE

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping courier.

UNEXPECTED DELAYS

Occasionally, delivery times may exceed our standard shipping estimates due to factors beyond our control, such as international customs processing and holidays. If your package is taking longer than expected, please reach out to us. We’re here to assist you and resolve any issues.

PRE-ORDERS

Items that are on pre-order will take approximately 5-6 weeks. We aim to get your item out to you as soon as possible!
