How do returns and refunds work?
A £3.49 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and confirmed, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed.
- After processing, it may take an additional 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What condition must items be in to be returned?
- Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With all tags and ribbons attached
- Returns may be rejected if they show any signs of wear, damage, or if tags are missing.
How long does it take to process my order?
- Orders take up to 24 hours to be processed.
- Orders must be placed before 9:00 AM for next day delivery.
How long does shipping take?
- UK Royal Mail Next Day Delivery: 1–2 working days
- UK Express: 2–5 working days
- Europe Tracked & Signed: 3–5 working days
- International Shipping: 7–10 working days
- Please note, weekends and public holidays are not included.
How can I track my order?
- Tracking information is only available once your order has been dispatched.
How long do pre-orders take?
- Pre-order items take 5–6 weeks to arrive.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes, we ship worldwide.
Why was my order cancelled?
- Orders may be cancelled if flagged as fraudulent or if billing and shipping details do not match.
- Refunds for cancelled orders take 3–7 working days to appear in your account.
Will I have to pay customs and duties?
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
